From a boutique winery using fruit from its own vineyard, located on the right bank of the Alazani Valley at 450 metres above sea level. A beautiful bouquet of dried camomile, sweet tangerine peel, dried apricot, bruised apple and almonds. The three Georgian white grapes (Chitistvala, Kisi and Rkatsiteli) were crushed together into qvevri and aged with their skins and stalks for seven months. Savoury, with mouthwatering freshness on the palate, lovely yellow fruits and touches of green tea, caressed by chalky tannins. Wonderful finish of dried mango and apricot.
