Fans of orange wine will love this characterful example made in the traditional Georgian way by fermenting Kisi grapes on their skins in clay qvevri (amphora) buried in the ground. Plenty of interest here, with marmalade, apple and peach aromas leading to a crisp, textured palate; bone dry and salty, with notes of Cox's Orange Pippin apple and grapefruit pith. A great food wine.
