Griesel & Compagnie was founded in 2013 with the sole aim of producing sparkling wine in the Francophile style. The 58-month ageing on lees has blended all aspects into a harmonious whole: fruity notes of peach and yellow apple, toasted cashew nuts, a hint of vanilla and a touch of Cognac. On the palate very well-balanced, with a soft and fine mousseux. The acidity has integrated seamlessly into the complex profile, remaining in the background at first before making its grand entrance at the finish.
