This wine was a GG bottling that did not ferment fully dry. It is tart and racy on the palate, with just a kiss of sweet depth. Salted lemon peel and lime pith soar above the cool stone minerality that forms the backbone of this wine. There's a delightful texture and thirst-slaking crispness all at once.
