A wonderfully made Sekt Brut from the iconic Herrenberg vineyard on the insanely steep Grunhaus estate. Notes of honeyed ginger, rich peach flesh and spicy notes of cardamom lift whisps of petrol. The palate is lush and ripe with golden peaches, clover honey and ripe fleshy nectarine. The finish is long, and the mousse is wonderfully persistent, a world-class sparkling wine from one of the world's greatest Riesling producers.
