Anna and Christian Krack are among the most exciting representatives of the new generation of German sparkling wine producers. An unconventional style. The base wine, made from Pinot Blanc, is aged oxidatively in 500-litre barrels for a year. The result is a straightforward, purist sparkling wine with notes of apple cider, apricot kernels and sweet yeasted bread. Very dense on the palate, still young and lively, with crisp acidity and a perlage that is still slightly effervescent. Impressive lightness. Possesses the power and concentration for long-term development.
