The clear, clean fruit of cherries and cranberries, and the floral note of dried hibiscus flowers, are evidence of precise and selective work in the vineyard – the Rings brothers and their team accurately pre-selected the grapes while still in the vineyard and then carefully sorted them once again in the winery. Only 1,450 bottles came out of this process. A small amount of whole bunches added spice and grip during fermentation, then well-balanced ageing in used oak barrels provided traces of toast and coffee. Elegant in style, coherent in itself, now already showing beautiful balance.
