Still so young that the Gräfenberg seems almost unfathomable, as always. The loess-loam content of the soil is advantageous in a dry vintage such as 2022 due to its water retention capacity. Despite the tightness, one can still sense the power in the wine. The acidity is still strict and lashed together, but the high concentration wraps it up. The citrus, grapefruit notes and herbs need plenty of air and time to develop. In its youthful and rebellious 'Sturm und Drang' phase, the quality can nevertheless be discerned from the high concentration.
