From an estate renowned for its outstanding Rieslings, Klaus-Peter Keller’s son, Felix, focuses on producing sparkling wine. The Grande Cuvée No. 003 is a blend of the 2019 to 2021 vintages. A whole universe of aromas: quince jelly, pear and apple, overlaid with nuances of Cognac, toasted nuts and dark bread crust. Intense on the palate, it captivates from the very first moment. The perlage is ultra-fine; the elegant acidity pulls the strings in the background, bringing all the components together and leading them to the grand finale.
