The aroma reveals a slightly smoky reduction, complemented by vibrant dark cherry fruit. On the palate, Keller achieves a perfect balance of fruit and spice, with notes of soy and iodine, alongside toasty nuances from ageing in oak barrels. With a yield of just 15 hectolitres per hectare, the harvest produced only small, loose grapes, which contribute to the wine's density, power, and elegance. World class.
