At 26, Iliana Malíhin established her winery on the slopes of Mount Vouvala, working with some of Europe’s oldest ungrafted vines. From a mosaic centred on Vidiano, with Thrapsathiri, Plyto and co-fermented reds, it unfolds with sun-warmed stone fruit, citrus peel and wild herbs with a saline edge. Textured from time on lees, yet lifted with fruit, minerality and a faint oxidative whisper. A wine of breadth and tension, slightly untamed yet deeply harmonious, finishing long with herbs, stone and sunlit warmth.
