This is a single-vineyard Assyrtiko from the Drama region. Fresh pear and lemon on the nose with a pinch of sea salt, it's crisp and spiced on the palate with plenty of grapefruit and ripe melon roundness, thanks to six months of ageing on lees. The alcohol sits at 14.5% but it's well-balanced by a solid line of mineral acidity and crushed mint.
