Made from the most aromatic clone of Moschofilero, named Mavrofilero for its dark skins, but super pale in the glass so vinified with zero skin contact. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and a short ageing over fine lees. There's an intensity of citrus and passion fruit, with a leesy character. Super-esoteric and quite blowsy in style.
