A single-vineyard Egri Bikavér from the 'Síkhegy' site, with the estate's signature maze on the round label. Earthy mushroom scents lead to tobacco leaves and blackcurrant, wild red berries. Aged for 18 months in 500L barrels (15% new), it's powerful yet elegant on the palate. Wood spices are backed by warming cherry liqueur and blackberry juice. Acidity sits at 5.1 g/l, providing balancing freshness to the ripe dark fruit, which follows through to the long finish.
