Light gold with a green hue. Subdued nose with a creamy touch, smoky white fruits, apple, pear and guava. Nicely fresh on the palate, boasting good concentration and a medium finish. Alcohol is a bit marked. Mostly harvested from the Dindori area of Nashik, 85% of the grapes were barrel fermented and aged with an even split of American and French oak. The remaining 15% was made in stainless steel tanks. Enjoy it with white meat, fish, salads and lighter cheeses or a good vegetable biryani.
