Sourced from vines planted 750m above sea level, the 'Reserve' has a complex nose of roasted coffee, tobacco leaf and blackcurrant, showing subtle varietal typicity of a beautifully developing Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for almost 15 months in a mix of new and one-year old French oak, it exhibits smoked prunes and dark cherry fruits, decorated with tomato leaves, dark coffee and cocoa. Very well-balanced and integrated, with fine, polished tannin that will allow it to go a bit further. Pure dark cherry fruits linger on.
