Greco di Tufo

White

Located at around 600m, the grapes for this focused single-vineyard Greco di Tufo are not harvested until the end of October. Aged on its lees in stainless steel for several weeks, it's an incredibly fresh white with good intensity, complexity and balance. There's a distinct mineral tanginess and salinity in both aroma and flavour, filled out with peach, citrus peel, green apple and pear through to a long  finish.
