A real surprise to stumble across this Ribolla Gialla for just £14.25 in the Booths range. A grape that's native to northeast Italy, this version shows lovely waxy aromas, oily, even petrol, honey and apple skin. It has real presence and texture, decent weight, and really good cashew complexity with incredible length.
