Friuli Colli Orientali

Full

Cork

Typical pale cherry shade of the variety. Very precise on the nose with dark mulberry fruit and a subtle hint of exotic spices. The palate has depth and substance, with a solid structure and compact, very well-integrated tannins. There's some of the warmth of the vintage evident on the finish. This is the second release from an organic estate, completely replanted on terraces rescued from the woods in 2016. A producer to look out for.
