Ogrà is the affectionate nickname for Riccardo Cotarella's grandmother and this wine is made with the best selection of grapes in homage to her. The wine is described as reflecting her qualities: 'powerful and decisive but also gentle and enjoyable'. It's a wonderfully bright, concentrated Syrah with blackberry, coffee bean, smoke and liquorice aromas and flavours. It has gentle, integrated tannins and is round, soft, juicy yet characterful at the same time.
