The berries for this wine are harvested by hand in October and spend two weeks fermenting on the skins. The wine is then aged in stainless steel, resulting in a very pure expression of this variety. Bright ruby with sweet cherry, spice and blackberry aromas and flavours and a little raspberry purée thrown in. The light tannins, juicy acidity and medium body produce a sappy, lively, bright, brambly style.
