Give it some time for the reductive smokiness to open up to nectarine and gentle citrus zest. Dried hay and a lemon twist add complexity to a weighted palate of ripe stone fruits, lifted by vibrant acidity and a gentle pinch of white pepper on the finish. A good-value white for seafood.
