<p>In contrast to Ca&#39; del Bosco&#39;s Cuv&eacute;e Prestige, all the components of this wine are barrel fermented and matured for five months before being transferred to tanks for a further three months. This is appley, nutty and yeasty on the nose, with a rich, spicy creamy palate. The oak and lees influence is currently quite prominent, but is backed up by fresh citrus fruit. Given time, the oak should settle and a better balance with the fruit will be found.</p>
