Having spent around 60 months on its lees, this wine is impressively fresh and vibrant, with tingly citrus cut backed up by richer flavours of honey and baked apple. It has a creamy weight in the mouth and a good length, yet it's so well balanced by the acidity. One for food, and should age well.
