An impressively pure, traditional-method sparkling, made with indigenous yeasts and zero added sulphites. Invitingly fresh and elegant, it assumes a taut and upright character, poised and teetering on the cusp of richness. Great vibrancy surges through the palate, with pure lemon fruit and mineral notes emerging with each popped bubble. Aged for 50 months on its lees, as suggested by the name 50 Lune, the citrus fruit is tempered by brioche and warm croissants. Bright acidity elongates the finish.
