After the untimely death of owner Angelo Rocca in 2012, the property is being run his daughters. Cottà in Neive is a fairly recent addition to their range of single-vineyard wines, and production is a mere 2,000 bottles. 

The nose is fragrant and floral, with cranberry and raspberry aromas, showing great aromatic charm. It's forceful but stylish, with spice and density behind the upfront fruit, and the finish shows grip and ageing potential.
