Andrea Farinetti ages this on the lees for just five months, favouring a clean, elegant expression. It is powerful and vertical in style, with restrained aromas hinting at lemon and delicate dewy flowers. There is a touch of orange cream on the palate, but at the moment this all structure and flinty minerality. While made from purchased fruit, it will be crafted from Borgogno's own organic-certified estate vineyards as of the 2019 vintage.
