The first vintage from 100% estate-owned grapes, grown in Colli Tortonesi and macerated for three days in stainless steel then cold-settled, before fermentation in cement. Matured in stainless steel for 10 months and then seven months in bottle, it jumps from the glass with honeyed, waxy aromas, super-fresh yet hinting at richness. Flavours of pithy citrus peel, hay and lanolin on the textured palate are well balanced by gum-tingling acidity. An ageable white that will reveal more layers in time.
