This historic brand, appreciated since the early 20th century for its Vermouth and sparkling wines, today belongs to the Bava family, from Cocconato in Monferrato. This Brut, crunchy and incisive, comes from Chardonnay grapes only, delicately pressed. The calcareous soils of the vineyards give a saline streak to the wine, enlivening its structure. The foam is persistent and the nose reveals hints of apricot, ripe mango and bruised apple. Excellent as an apéritif and with tapas.
