Cocchi's Rösa is always a guarantee. Obtained from Pinot Noir grapes vinified using the rosé de saignée technique, the light maceration and light pressing of the bunches gives the wine an intense pink colour which catches the eye. Three years of ageing on the yeasts sculpt aromas of dried rose, small red fruits and wild strawberries over pleasantly balsamic hints. The sip is tense, the mousse is thin, and pleasant fruity sensations return on the finish.
