Only founded in 2011, Cuvage specialises in metodo classico wines. Nonetheless, this a delicious Asti. Matured for seven months in stainless steel, it has a fresh, almost saline nose with green apple, a touch of peach skin and some floral notes. Peachy, grapey flavours have good intensity, with a refined creamy, patisserie mousse and honey-drizzled apricots. It shows good balance and a steely finish of sweet cream, apricot, apple, grape and white flowers.
