The viticulture of Ferdinando Principiano adheres to a minimal intervention philosophy, producing this Nebbiolo by pressing the grapes with foot, without any use of selected yeast, and with minimal sulphur. This 2019 has a brilliance to its slightly violet tinge of pale ruby, with aromas of fresh pomegranate, red berries and violets. Firm on the palate with a chalky finish, it is more tight than supple.
