Despite a delicately pale hue, the nose gushes with a bouquet of florals. Rosehip, rhubarb and gentle spices grace the palate, and its dainty structure features juicy, integrated acidity, finishing with peppery length. Rather than trying to achieve depth or longevity, this succeeds in delivering delicious immediate gratification. Lara Rocchietti and Luisa Sala managed to persevere with organic and regenerative practices throughout the rainy 2024 vintage. A strict selection in their various plots resulted in approximately 25% less of this suave, undemanding Langhe Nebbiolo.
