Paolo Poggio, together with Walter Massa, is responsible for the first trials of refining Timorasso over the medium-long term. His small winery is located in the secluded and enchanting La Val Curone, where the vineyards reach up to 350m and intercept the cool currents descending from the nearby mountains. This Timorasso cru – which only sees steel and glass, – displays citrine, graphite and wildflower notes, with good balance on a soft and persistent palate.
