Pelassa’s wines stand out as bright, cheerful and bursting with flavour. In a Decanter July 2017 issue panel tasting, we placed its Sot, Nebbiolo d’Alba 2013 in the top two of 72 wines tasted. This Roero Riserva has a delicately perfumed nose of sweet red fruits and good flavour intensity on the palate of bright wild strawberry and creamy oak.
