This is the kind of wine that makes you fall for Nascetta. Bright, luminous straw yellow in colour, with white fruit and citrus blossom giving way to nettle, wild herbs, and a delicate drizzle of caramel. Three days of cold maceration build texture, while bâtonnage in concrete tanks – with no oak – contributes an unctuous weight without obscuring the wine’s purity. The north-facing site was deliberately chosen to preserve freshness and acidity, while a briny salinity gathers on the finish. Delicious now but built to develop.
