This Chardonnay is vinified in stainless steel, where it spends three months on its lees before up to 15% of barrique-aged Chardonnay from the previous vintage is blended in. Super-fresh and appley, with white flowers and white peach, it's an intense, spicy and zesty white with a good concentration of tropical and stone fruits kept in check by a wave of acidity. A versatile food wine, it has just a hint of structure from the small proportion of wood-aged wine.
