A sweet, floral nose that reminds you of elderflower and daisy, underlined by yellow apple. Peach jelly on the palate, seasoned with vanilla cream – extracted from the short ageing in French and American oak – and bright Jaffa orange. Stone fruit compote on the finish. Well-balanced and charming.
