Herbs, yellow plums, cut grass and ginger, all combining with elegant acidity and a minty, fully ripe, mouthfilling finish. The Granatza grapes are fermented and aged in a steel tank after a direct pressing. Melchiorre Paddeu started his winery, just 1km from the village of Mamoiada, after working on mainland Italy for many years. The first thing he did when coming back home was to buy a vineyard. Today, Mertzeoro comprises 4ha and its debut vintage was in 2019.
