Drinking Window: 2021 - 2026
Organic wine from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the side of Mt Etna. Intense, smoky mineral nose: wild, herby garrigue aromas. Bone-dry, peppery, chewy palate. Lovely smoky complexity: delicate, but with plenty of grip and restrained, minerally power. Needs plenty of air.
