The second vintage of a new project by Italy's first three MWs, this 100% Grillo is a weighty and persistent wine, partially fermented and aged in new French oak (the majority remaining in stainless steel). It's an intense, sapid and creamy sip with subtle hints of apricot and pineapple alongside salty elements and a hint of that wood. Still youthful and tight, it demands a bit more time to reveal its true character.
