Intriguing aromas and flavours of pear, elderflower and a hint of eucalyptus. The dry, creamy palate has sapidity, matched to moderate alcohol and good persistence. A great pairing with spaghetti alle vongole or sautéed cod. In 1985, the first plots of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc were planted at the Terriccio property, in a very windy area ('Con Vento' means ‘with the wind’). The two varieties were fermented and refined separately for six months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
