Located in the central-south of the DOCG zone on clay and sand soils at 395m, the grapes here enjoy a longer ripening season. The wine spends 12 to 14 months in used Austrian oak barriques on its lees, with batonnage, then 12 months in concrete followed by at least four months in bottle. Fresh, floral and lemony, its lanolin touch and viscous body is reminiscent of Semillon. Youthful, bright and creamy, it has a slightly honeyed character allied to plenty of white flowers and sapid hints of apple, peach and lime, leading to a long, creamy finish.
