Hints of forest floor and savoury spices open up to cocoa, sweet-spiced red and dark fruits. Stewed blackberry and red cherry on the palate, with dried herbs to add complexity and robust tannins for structure. Aged in oak for 9-10 months, it has plenty of freshness to balance the ripe fruits.
