Youthful and reduced, a nutty nose of toasted fenugreek seeds slowly reveals hints of creamy berries and a whiff of volatile acidity. It's a really fresh and vibrant wine with structural, grippy tannins, and the VA works in its favour to awaken and underline the bright cherry, red apple and raspberry fruits, with plenty of spice and some herbs on the finish.
