Susanna Grassi makes a rather confusing array of labels from her 9ha of vineyards, which rise from 450 to 680 metres. Her low intervention, low sulphur wines can be described as unconventional but they provide a focussed snapshot of the area of Lamole. 

Matured in concrete, this needs some air before it reveals its pure pomegranate, cherry blossom and delicate herb aromas. The medium-weight palate is driven by minerality and possesses clingy clayey tannins, finishing with bright, tangy acidity.
