Ex-professional footballer, Silvia Fuselli and her sister, Stefania – along with parents Carlo and Lavinia – farm 5ha at Le Vigne di Silvia on land owned by their family since the 1950s. This blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon is creamy, with bold dark fruits. There's a distinct weave of herbs and spice among the dark cherry and blackcurrant, and the tannins are grippy and slightly drying on the finish.
