Cinnamon-spiced plum and blackberry compote are joined by sunbaked herbs. Expansive tannins wrap around the palate with absolutely no hard or gritty edges and an intense cocoa finish. Another emphatically warm summer produced an opulent and intense Luce, though it is ageing quite harmoniously. A total of 48,000 bottles produced – just half the quantity of the previous vintage.
