Orma is one of the newest wineries in Bolgheri. Its vines are an average of 15 years old, with quite high yields of 90 quintals/ha, however they are able to produce wines of great concentration - such as this 2016.

It's full of meaty cassis characters, with a touch of earthy complexity on the nose. The palate is firm and chalky, slightly raw yet balanced by fruit and acidity, leading to an austere finish.
