Cool fermentation temperatures of approximately 26°C and refinement exclusively in cement highlight the fresh, fruity – even floral – charms of this well-priced annata. Lively aromas of cherry, red plum, mint and spring blossoms are thoroughly tempting. A sip reveals red summer berries. While not particularly plush, there is sufficient flesh to cushion the zingy acidity. Light tannins are smooth and stony. Honest, well-made and balanced in its proportions.
